The WOW Boys

We’re Don and Jimmy – affectionately known as The WOW Boys. Over a decade ago, we set out on a mission to help young people feel heard, seen, and empowered. What began as a small community program in a local school has grown into something far greater – a movement that’s changing lives across the country.

The WOW Program (Working On Within) was born from our shared belief that everyone deserves the tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, respect, and emotional strength. We’ve worked with thousands of kids, teens, families, schools, and communities – delivering real, raw, and relatable lessons on managing anger, building trust, and understanding emotions.

But as times have changed, so have the needs of our young people. We’ve seen firsthand the disconnection between parents and children, the rise in anxiety and isolation, and the growing need for engaging, safe spaces where kids and teens can learn about themselves. That’s why we’ve created the WOW Learning Management System (LMS) – a bold new chapter in our journey.
This online portal is designed for kids and teens aged 7 to 13, with an inclusive space for parents to reconnect and rebuild conversations that are often lost in today’s fast-paced world. Through interactive videos, gamified learning, and guided reflection, the WOW LMS empowers young people to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and stronger family bonds – all from the comfort of home or school.

We’re not just educators – we’re mentors, mates, and motivators.

Our own journeys from tough upbringings and migrant backgrounds to founding this program are living proof that when you work on what’s within, anything is possible. That’s the heart of WOW.
